Locally owned. Facility-backed. Built to serve the restaurants of Northwest Arkansas.
Ozark Grease Pros didn’t start as a marketing idea. It started as a problem that needed solving.
Roger Holley has spent decades in the plumbing and infrastructure business across Northwest Arkansas through Carl Holley Plumbing — running commercial and industrial pipe work, trenchless rehabilitation, and large-scale drain systems for facilities across the region. Over time, one thing kept coming up: grease trap waste had nowhere good to go. Pumpers were hauling waste to Tulsa or Little Rock. Restaurants were paying more than they should. And nobody in NWA was closing the loop with proper recycling and processing.
So Roger built that facility.
The grease processing and recycling plant in Siloam Springs, AR is the foundation that Ozark Grease Pros is built on. It’s not a truck and a phone number — it’s licensed infrastructure. Grease trap waste comes in, oil is extracted and recycled, water is treated to meet discharge standards, and restaurants get the documented compliance records they need. We are the only regional facility of its kind in Northwest Arkansas.
Ozark Grease Pros was created as a dedicated brand separate from Carl Holley Plumbing because grease trap pumping, cleaning, and recycling is its own discipline — one that deserves specialists, not generalists. If you run a restaurant in Fayetteville, Springdale, Bentonville, Rogers, or anywhere in the NWA corridor, you deserve a grease management partner who does nothing else.
Most grease trap pumping companies in Northwest Arkansas are haulers. They pump your trap, load the waste into a vacuum truck, and drive it to someone else’s disposal site — often hours away. That adds cost, delays, and risk at every step.
Ozark Grease Pros owns the endpoint. When we pump your grease trap, the waste comes here — to our licensed processing facility in Siloam Springs. Here’s what happens on-site:
Process Step
What It Means for Your Restaurant
Grease trap waste received
All incoming waste is logged by manifest — your compliance paper trail starts here
Oil extraction
Fats and oils are separated from the water phase and processed for recycling
Water treatment
The remaining water is treated to meet Arkansas discharge standards — nothing is illegally dumped
Recycled output
Extracted oils are processed for reuse — reducing the environmental footprint of every service call
Documentation issued
Every job produces a signed manifest you can present to health inspectors
Why this matters for your FOG compliance:
Northwest Arkansas municipalities — including Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville — require food service operators to maintain functioning grease traps and provide proof of regular, compliant service. The manifest we issue on every service call is that proof. Our facility’s licensed status means that documentation holds up under regulatory review.
We are a commercial and B2B grease management service. We do not serve residential customers. Our focus is restaurants, food service operators, and the pumping companies that rely on our facility as a regional disposal site.

Ozark Grease Pros operates four focused service lines — each one tied directly to the needs of commercial food service operators and the regulatory environment they work in.
Our processing facility in Siloam Springs, AR sits at the heart of an 80-mile service radius that covers every significant market in Northwest Arkansas. Roger and his team built this business to serve the Fayetteville-Springdale-Rogers-Bentonville metro — the fastest-growing food service market in the mid-South — and have expanded service reach into Missouri and Oklahoma border communities.
Primary service cities include Siloam Springs, Fayetteville, Springdale, Bentonville, Rogers, Gentry, Bella Vista, and Centerton. For B2B haulers, our facility accepts waste from an even broader radius — Tulsa-area operators regularly haul to Siloam Springs because it’s closer and the tipping fees are lower.
Grease trap service has a reputation problem in the food service industry. Missed pickups. No-shows. Companies that show up, pump the trap, and disappear — leaving restaurants without documentation when the health inspector comes by.
Ozark Grease Pros operates on a different set of principles. Every job gets a manifest. Every schedule gets honored. Every gallon goes to a licensed facility — not a field, not an illegal dump site, not a Tulsa disposal yard if Siloam Springs is cheaper and closer. This isn’t a marketing position. It’s how we built the business from the start.
What we believe — the Ozark Grease Pros operating principles:
|
The grease processing and recycling industry is regulated at state and federal levels. Operating a licensed facility in Arkansas requires meeting Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) standards for waste handling, water treatment, and discharge. Every hauler bringing waste to our Siloam Springs facility operates under documented manifests — a chain of custody requirement that protects both the hauler and the disposal site.

Yes. We operate as a regional disposal site for other NWA-area grease pumping companies. Companies hauling trap waste pay a tipping fee of $0.15 per gallon, billed against the manifest. This makes us a lower-cost, shorter-haul alternative to Tulsa-area disposal sites for most Northwest Arkansas operators.
Contact us directly via phone or our online form. We’ll assess your trap size, pumping frequency requirements, and schedule. Most restaurants are set up on a recurring service cycle — monthly or quarterly depending on kitchen volume and local FOG ordinance requirements.
